Return Policy

Purpose Front accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail within 30 days of online purchase. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or other variation, our customer service team can assist you in ordering the new item while returning the existing item. The existing item must be unworn and unwashed.
